Team Alpha Male is working to raise awareness and funds for Youth Empowerment Society (YES). YES’s primary purpose is to empower youth through early intervention, after school programs, counseling, and cultural exchanges.
YES plays an active role in supporting Team Alpha Male’s Youth programs. Team Alpha Male sponsors youth jiu jitsu, wrestling and MMA academies. Local underprivileged youth get the opportunity to participate in theses classes on a weekly basis. These programs promote healthy living while encouraging confidence, self-awareness, hard work and commitment. Team Alpha Male hopes that through this avenue, youth will strengthen their social and physical skills that will extend throughout their lives.
This year YES will be making a contribution to another worthy cause, Playworks. Playworks helps schools, districts, and youth programs create play environments where all kids feel included, stay active and build valuable social and emotional skills.
